This hotel was perfect for shopping in Quebec City with fantastic value for money. The staff was friendly, patient, and bilingual, making our stay more enjoyable. Always check out the 24/7 coffee, tea, and juice bar before heading out.

Had a great time with friends! The family suite was spacious and comfy, and we loved the heated pool. We explored the Old Port and Montmorency Falls, both amazing spots. Just a heads up, breakfast can get busy. Still, this place is awesome for a group getaway.

One downside was a past guest's issue with bed bugs. Definitely makes you think twice about cleanliness.

However, the location near the highway made for less than ideal access to downtown, requiring a drive for dining and entertainment. The breakfast area was cramped, with limited seating and frequent shortages of utensils.

I had an amazing time enjoying the jetted tub in our King Suite and the complimentary breakfast had so many tasty choices. The heated swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day, too. The only downside was that the coffee line in the morning could get a bit long, but it didn’t ruin my overall great experience! ☕

The hotel offers a convenient location with easy access to local attractions and a major shopping mall. My King Suite was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The staff provided exemplary service, addressing requests promptly and ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast options were ample, particularly enjoyed the unique items like the cubes of pâté.

The bed was harder than preferred.

The room was soundproof with a super comfy bed, and we loved the heated bathroom floors—a cozy touch! Plus, having complimentary laundry was a lifesaver for our family trip.

Alright, not everything was parfait. The included breakfast was a box of blah—yogurt, a fruit cup, and a soggy croissant? Pass! And with restaurants a bit of a walk, getting a shuttle home was a hassle, leading to a quick cab ride instead. But we still managed to enjoy our stay despite the snags.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me with an insect bite on my first stay. I'm coming back for Easter!
